Since it's officially February, Eat In Month is over. Woohoo!! I'm proud that we actually did it. Now I'm totally cringing at the cost of going out to eat!
That said, my hubby and I went to lunch today. Where did we pop our Eat In Month cherry, you ask? Village Inn. Hysterical, isn't it? Not somewhere fun and fancy like a steak house. Or super healthy like Subway. But good ol' VI.
I had an eggbeater Denver Omelette and some toast. It was good. But I could have made that meal for like $1.
Hey, there's no shame in eating at Village Inn. That's good, honest food.
