I hope it's ok to co...Congrats on the new job!<br /><br />I hope it's ok to comment about your struggles with food. From here, it looks like you are getting it. I think you have a really good handle on addressing your triggers and accepting why a binge occurs for you. This is the key to eventually changing the behavior. I don't know if you have read any Geneen Roth books, but I love some of the exercises she offers in one of her first books about breaking away from compulsive eating. You're not alone in this, and you are many steps ahead of most people by being aware.
